We have a variety of wine and other drink option to choose from as well as delicious food that will pair nicely with our wines.
A delicate, light bodied and complex red wine. It has flavors of strawberry jam, red cherries, black pepper & spice. It can also exhibit plum & eucalyptus flavors which laye nicely with cesar and sweet smoke.
Our version is a beautiful garnet color with good tannin structure & moderate acidity. It has aromas of blackberries, plems, black currant, dark spices and hints of tobacco & vanilla.
A beautiful dark ruby color, and wonderful spicy aromas fill the senses. A lovely mid pallet of lush blackberry with hints of mocha and cedar. A well balanced wine with nice oak structure and smooth as silk finish.

Hibernal is a German crossing of Seibel & Riesling that produces full bodied white grapes with nice acidity and a higher alcohol content. Delicate floral notes with subtle hints of bitterness.
An easy going and reliable grape to grow. It’s a cross of Gewurztraminer and the French American varietal Johannes Seyve. A white wine with floral aromas. Flavors of apricots, melon, honey & spice.
A semi-dry wine with crisp high acidity that is balanced with floral aromas and flavors of white peaches, citrus and pineapples. Finishes clean with a slightly mineral aftertaste.
